Thank you for shopping with KaramUniKO. We deal in rare and naturally formed gemstone specimens, and customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in original condition

Be returned with original packaging and certification (if provided)

Not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
KaramUniKO reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items clearly marked as non-returnable

Gift cards or digital products

Natural specimens sold under special auction or approval terms (if mentioned on invoice)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

Unboxing video/photos (if claiming damage)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items must be securely packed to avoid transit damage.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier.

For exchange requests, return courier charges up to ₹150 may apply.
KaramUniKO is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
5. Inspection & Approval
Once the returned item reaches our office:

Our team will inspect the product.

If approved, the refund or replacement process will begin.

If the item fails inspection, it will be shipped back to the customer at their cost.
6. Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds are processed within 15 business days after approval.

Refunds are issued via bank transfer only.

Customers must provide correct bank details when requested.

Actual credit time depends on the customer’s bank.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different item:

Place a new order separately
8. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
Important: Please record a full unboxing video when opening your parcel.
If you receive:

Wrong item

Missing item
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with video proof.
Upon verification, we will arrange:

Replacement, or

Refund, as deemed appropriate by KaramUniKO.
Claims without proper video evidence may not be accepted.
9. Nature of Natural Specimens
KaramUniKO deals in naturally formed gemstones and mineral specimens. Variations in:

texture
-
inclusions
-
natural marks
are inherent characteristics of natural art and are not considered defects.
