We aim to deliver your rare natural gemstone and mineral specimens safely, securely, and efficiently across India. Every shipment is carefully packed to preserve the natural beauty and integrity of the product.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 7–9 business days after order confirmation and successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Certain high-value or delicate specimens may require additional quality checks and secure packing time.
Estimated Delivery Time

Non-Metro Cities: 10–13 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and start after dispatch. Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
Shipping Charges
Our shipping rates are calculated based on order value and package weight:

Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹2,000 (for packages up to 500g).

Weight Surcharge: For orders above 500g, additional shipping charges may apply regardless of order value.
Packaging & Handling
All KaramUniKO products are packed using protective, industry-appropriate materials suitable for fragile natural specimens. Premium or high-value items may be shipped via insured or specialized courier services for added security.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
